At this point, I don’t have any specifics, and I have asked the same questions that you have. I do, however, think this is something beyond the water project.

Could you provide a little more background? Is this an NBC presentation? Is there any information about what type of improvement s by whom? Is there any other source of information in advance of the discusssion? Are decisions being made at the discussion? Thanks!
