We have a public meeting set up to address the construction issues that have been raised. The meeting will be Wednesday, May 23 at 6pm, at Rochambeau Library.
Given the immediate nature of the situation, we thought sooner rather than later was the best course of action. The Library is accommodating us by staying open late that evening, which is a day they normally close at 6pm. (So let’s hear it for Rochambeau Library!)
There will be representatives from both Narragansett Bay Commission and the construction contractor, as well as DPW, present to answer questions. We will place calls to others in an attempt to get them there, but for now we at least have a meeting with the most responsible parties.
